I love every form of art from pen and pencil to structures to music. Really just any form of expression. Because without expression what are we?

Quick sketches of random animals. I think I will eventually create more with individual animals.
I’m happy with how this came out. I’m usually iffy on drawing friends since to me I never capture the look correctly. But this makes me want to do more drawings of friends. :D

What was said to me earlier…
“…you give and you give and you give with out asking for anything in return. You put others need above your own. You are a decent person. I think you cut your heart up in so many pieces and give them to everyone but you forget to save a piece for yourself. save a piece for yourself…”
I’m not even sure what words I can say to show how I felt when I read that. I wonder some times if it’s even realized what I give. I mean, it has even affected my health with how much I stress and worry about home, work, those around and friends. And I honestly didn’t think anyone noticed or cared. Always felt like a tissue, I’m there when people need me but in the end I’m tossed away after use. It’s a bit harsh but I’ve never really seen it any other way. And you know even tho I know how things will turn out, I still will try to be there for others. But its given me moments of indifference and it’s occuring more often now. That kind of scares me and I don’t want that. I want to be able to care for others without losing myself in the process. I’m just glad that i have the person that said this to me in my life because it’s an anchor to keep me from just drifting away.
